Parmesan Chicken

2-3 lbs chicken, cut into strips
1/2 cup melted butter
1/3 cup gluten free italian bread crumbs
2/3 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup fresh parsley leaves, or 2T dried parsley

Dip chicken pieces in butter and then roll in crumb mixture.

Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked.
