These cookies are the best pumpkin chocolate chip cookies are to die for! Every year I make these, my husband always proclaims that these are the best cookies I've ever made. The great thing is they are sooo easy! All you need is 3 ingredients:
1 box Spice Cake Mix
15 oz. canned pumpkin
1/2 bag chocolate chips
Mix together the cake mix and pumpkin, pour in chocolate chips.
Drop batter onto a cookie sheet and bake for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Set on a cooling rack to cool.
Go to the store to pick up more pumpkin and spice cake mis and make an extra batch, because the cookies you just made will be gone in about 2 hours!
This batch makes about 3 dozen.
