Whole 30 Meals I've already Been Making


  1. Cobb Salad--no blue cheese
  2. Thai Coconut Milk Grilled Chicken--leave out the brown sugar!
  3. Acapulco Chicken--But, I usually eat it in a tortilla with sour cream.....how to make fully compliant???? Eat on a bed of lettuce...
  4. Chicken Taco Salad--Can do the chicken and sauce. no beans, corn, cheese, ranch, etc.
  5. Crockpot Chicken Salad--No beans or cheese. Make sure salsa used in compliant.
  6. Grilled Romaine and Chicken Salad with Salsa Dressing
  7. Garlic Lime Marinated Porkchops
  8. Best Tacos Ever
  9. Rosemary Chicken Salad with Avocados and Bacon
  10. Baked Eggs Benedict
  11. Mexican Chopped Salad--Omitting beans and corn, and choosing a different vinaigrette.
