3 pounds chicken, breast or thighs
1 cup Franks Hot Sauce
1/3 cup coconut or olive oil
3 T Soy Sauce
1 1/2 t garlic powder
8 sweet potatoes
Ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Set instant pot to "saute". Combine the hot sauce, oil, coconut aminos, and garlic powder in the pot. Stir together and heat through.
- Place chicken in the instant pot and set instant pot on high pressure for 15 minutes. Natural release for 10 minutes.
- Shred chicken and serve in baked sweet potatoes and drizzle with ranch or blue cheese.
