Another attempt at being prepared...

 we'll see if I'm successful this week...

It's looking doubtful...

But here's hoping...

Dinner plans for the week--

Monday--Dad's in charge, Mom will prep these meals that evening

Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday-- 

Friday--No idea...

Shopping List

FRESH PRODUCE 

Baby bella (aka cremini) mushrooms--8 ounces (8 ounces whole) 

Garlic, minced--2 teaspoons

onion--1

Fresh thyme--1 container

Cauliflower--4, 1½ to 2 pounds each

Green onions--1 bunch

Broccoli--2 pounds

MEAT 

Chicken 10 cups, separated into 3 containers--(3 cups, 3 cups, 4 cups)

Bacon--1 pound

DAIRY

5 T Butter, salted,

Shredded cheddar cheese, 6 ounces (1½ cups) 

Sour cream, 2 ounces (¼ cup) 

LIQUID

Chicken broth--3 cups 

Olive oil--1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons 

Spicy brown mustard--2 tablespoons 

Heavy cream-- 1/2 cup 6 fluid ounces

Lemon juice--1 Tablespoons

BBQ sauce--1 1/2 cups

DRY GOODS

Gluten-free flour blend--2 tablespoons 

White rice--3 cups

SEASONINGS

Coarse sea salt--3 1/2 teaspoon

pepper--1 teaspoon

Garlic powder--2 teaspoons
