Pork chops--8, 4-6 oz each
Kosher salt
black pepper
Liquid smoke
Dijon mustard--6T
Honey--3 T
Garlic--3t
1. Set oven to 400. Sprinkle pork chops with kosher salt and freshly ground pepper. Give them a liberal dousing of liquid smoke. Set aside. Cook for 15 minutes, or until internal temperature reaches 160F.
2. Combine honey, garlic, and mustard. Baste pork chops with mixture and cook an additional minute. Turn and baste other side and let cook for another minute.
Remove from heat and let stand a few minutes. Serve.
