LOW SODIUM WEEK 1

3 tsp=1 T
4 T=1/4 cup
5 1/3 T=1/3 cup
8 T=/2 cup
10 2/3 T=2/3 cup
12 T=3/4 cup
16 T=1 cup

1 T=1/2 fluid ounces
1 cup=1/2 pint=8 fluid oz
2 cups=1 pint=16 fluid oz
2 pints (4 cups)=1 quart=32 fluid oz
4 quarts (16 cups)=1 gallon=128 fluid oz
