2 pounds Mild Italian Sausage
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
10 gloves garlic, smashed
2 - 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
cracked pepper
Instructions
- Set the instapot to saute and brown the sausage, breaking up the pieces into smaller, bite size pieces. Drain if needed.
- Add garlic and cook until golden but not burned.
- Add tomatoes and pepper and stir to incorporate the meat and garlic.
- Place the lid on the instapot and set the valve to sealing. Pressure cook for 5 minutes and allow to natural release for 10 minutes.
- Serve on hot noodles with garlic bread on the side.
