Easy Pasta Sauce

2 pounds Mild Italian Sausage
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
10 gloves garlic, smashed
2 - 28 oz cans of crushed tomatoes
cracked pepper

Instructions
  1. Set the instapot to saute and brown the sausage, breaking up the pieces into smaller, bite size pieces. Drain if needed.
  2. Add garlic and cook until golden but not burned. 
  3. Add tomatoes and pepper and stir to incorporate the meat and garlic. 
  4. Place the lid on the instapot and set the valve to sealing. Pressure cook for 5 minutes and allow to natural release for 10 minutes. 
  5. Serve on hot noodles with garlic bread on the side.
