Chicken Fajitas

 Chicken Fajitas

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
4 bell peppers, sliced
1/2 medium onion
1/2 t chili powder
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t cumin
1/4 t dried oregano
1/4 t salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 T oil

  1. Preheat oven to 375F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. 
  2. On the baking sheet, mix chicken, peppers, onion, seasoning and oil together. 
  3. Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. 
  4. Serve with avocados, tortillas, cheese, sour cream, limes, rice, beans, and any other topping you like to use.
