Chicken Fajitas
1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced
4 bell peppers, sliced
1/2 medium onion
1/2 t chili powder
1/4 t paprika
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t cumin
1/4 t dried oregano
1/4 t salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1 T oil

- Preheat oven to 375F. Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On the baking sheet, mix chicken, peppers, onion, seasoning and oil together.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Serve with avocados, tortillas, cheese, sour cream, limes, rice, beans, and any other topping you like to use.
